Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
You must notify us of your intent to return within 14 days and send the item back within a further 14 days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Original delivery costs will be refunded (standard delivery only)
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, items must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality
Faulty items can be returned for a full refund, repair, or replacement
If reported within 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund
